Cyprus Millers by Hadjigiorkis with 79 years of experience, stands as  the leading Flourmill in Cyprus, excelling in the development, production, packaging, sale and distribution of high quality flour products. Cyprus Millers also distributes a wide range of bakery, confectionery and Ho.Re.Ca. ingredients. Since 1945, when we incorporated the art of grinding into our lives, our passion for excellent quality in the production of flour remains unquenchable. Guided by innovation, dedication and collaboration, the Hadjigiorkis Mills were kneaded from a family mill to a state-of-the-art flourmill. The journey began shortly before the mid-20th century when founders Savvas and Katerina Hadjigiorkis had a vision, to create a unit of stone mills in the yard of their house, in Sotira, Famagusta, to serve the needs of Famagusta district. By 1980, their dedication, along with the contributions of their descendants and trusted collaborators, culminated in the establishment of Savvas Hadjigiorkis & Sons Ltd, headquartered in Frenaros.

Over the next three decades, the company prioritized upgrading its facilities with advanced technologies, developing a robust quality control and product development department, and investing in its people. After four major infrastructure upgrades and the acquisition of two additional milling units, the company solidified its position as Cyprus’ foremost flour industry. Today, the company has developed into a modern flour industry with 16 grain storage silos with a capacity of 20,000 tons, a modern equipped Quality Control Laboratory, a national distribution network, and the capability to export to international markets. These advancements enable Cyprus Millers to meet the ever-changing demands of both local and global markets while complying with stringent European and international regulations.
