CARROT CAKE

A moist and flavorful carrot cake made with our Best Carrot Cake Mix, topped with a creamy lime-zested frosting – the perfect balance of sweetness, spice, and freshness for any occasion.


Ingredients:


For the Carrot Cake:

1000gr.

500gr.

Water

300gr.

For the Frosting:

200gr.

Cream Cheese

100gr.

50gr.

1gr.


Lime Zest


Implementation:


For the Carrot Cake:

  1. Mix all ingredients together on second speed for 5 minutes.

  2. Bake at 170°C for 45–50 minutes.


For the Frosting:

  1. Whip the butter until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.

  2. Add the cream cheese and continue beating until smooth.

  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanillin, and lime zest. Beat until the mixture is smooth, fluffy, and stable.

  4. Finally, place it in the fridge to firm up.
