Preparation
Measure the butter and sugar together, and the flour with the corn starch separately.
Method:
In the mixer beat the butter and sugar for approximately 5 minutes until creamy.
Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until the dough forms.

Shaping:
Once the dough is ready, shape into a cylinder and place it in the refrigerator to firm up.
Slice into 0.5cm thick cookies.
Baking:
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
Decoration:
Once cooled, pipe the salted caramel praline on top.
Finish with optional coarse salt flakes to enhance the flavor.
