80gr. | Orange Juice |

Preparation
Filling:

Sauté the chopped apple until soft.
Add the spices and mix well.
Pour in the brandy and allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Add orange juice, brown sugar, raisins, and dried cranberries.
Cook until lightly caramelized, then add the walnuts.
Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Dough:
In a mixer bowl, beat the butter and sugar for 5 minutes using the paddle attachment, until fluffy.
Gradually add the flour and eggs alternately.
Mix into a smooth, homogeneous dough forms.
Refrigerate until firm.
Shaping:

Roll out the dough, shape it into molds.
Fill with the prepared filling mixture.
Brush the top with egg wash.
Baking:
Bake at 170°C until the pastry is golden brown
Decoration:
Lightly sprinkle with icing sugar once cooled.
