The Kaizen Experience: Simplifying and Upgrading Baking



On April 10 and 12, 2024, Cyprus Millers Academy hosted two one-day presentations on the new Kaizen product range by Loulis Food Ingredients, aimed at professionals in the bakery industry.


The Bakery Consultants from Loulis Food Ingredients, Otmar Otto Fricker and Vangelis Vasiliou, along with our company's Master Baker, George Tziortzis, presented the high-quality Kaizen mixes, showcasing alternative and innovative ways to use them. Participants had the opportunity to explore the advantages of these products through practical applications, which included making Italian pinsa, French baguettes, ciabatta, and vegan tsoureki.


The presentations offered bakery professionals new ideas and techniques for producing high-quality baked goods, while highlighting the ease of use and flexibility of Kaizen products in the modern bakery industry.
